This Privacy Policy explains how Pressmith ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit pressmith.com or request a sample or quote.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our Sample Request or Quote Request forms, we collect:

• Your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number
• Your business or organization name
• For samples: your shipping address (street, city, state, postal code, country)
• For quotes: the products you're interested in, estimated quantity and any project notes
• Logo or artwork files you upload
• Your consent choices, including whether you agreed to receive text messages

Information collected automatically. When you use our site or forms, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, the page you came from, and cookie or analytics identifiers (for example, Google Analytics and Meta identifiers).

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your sample or quote request and follow up about it
• To prepare, print and ship samples and orders
• To use your logo or artwork for the purpose of producing your sample, mockup or order
• To send text messages, only if you opted in (see section 5)
• To understand how visitors use our site and improve it
• To keep records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and CRM platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email and SMS delivery, analytics providers, and shipping carriers delivering your sample or order
• Production partners who print your items, limited to what's needed to produce them (for example, your artwork and quantities)
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers, if Pressmith is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction

4. Cookies and analytics

Our site and forms use cookies and similar technologies to keep forms working, remember preferences and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as a result.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any request or purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, fulfill orders, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Uploaded artwork is kept while we work with you and may be deleted on request when no longer needed.

7. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us
• Ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them as required

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including private storage for uploaded files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
