Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pressmith.com and any sample or quote request you make with Pressmith ("Pressmith," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we serve

Pressmith provides custom branded apparel printing for studios, companies, faith centers, teams and other organizations. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of yourself or your business.

2. Requests are not orders

Submitting a Sample Request or Quote Request does not create an order or obligation for either party. Orders start at 24 pieces. Pricing, products, timelines and payment terms are confirmed in writing before any order is produced. No purchases or payments are made on this website.

3. Samples

We provide one sample per business, made with your design, at our discretion and subject to availability. We ship it to the address you provide; please make sure it's accurate.

4. Your artwork and content

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, artwork or text you send us, and that printing it will not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights.
• You grant Pressmith a limited license to use your artwork only to prepare mockups, samples and orders for you.
• We may decline artwork we believe is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
• If we prepare your file to be print ready, small adjustments to size, color or detail may be needed for printing. We'll share the next step for review before anything prints.
• You agree to indemnify Pressmith against claims arising from artwork you provide.

5. Text message program

If you opt in, Pressmith may send text messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not required to make a request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, uploading harmful files, or attempting to interfere with the site's operation. Site content, including the Pressmith name and logo, belongs to Pressmith and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is." Product images and colors on screen may differ from printed results. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pressmith is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a sample or quote request. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a request will not exceed $100.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
